Company Settings

Use the Company Settings module to create, edit, and delete accounting years and edit accounting period settings, open the company card and edit several settings, edit company job default values, edit company variables, edit creditor invoice scan file paths, add, delete, and merge departments, add and remove holiday calendars, holidays, vacation year records, and absence codes, edit inter-company reconciliation company settings, set new job number sequences, recalculate a company series, and enable access to employees of companies, create and remove payment methods for sales, set price quote defaults to allow editing of hourly sales price on price quotes and allow editing of the profit margin on purchases on price quote lines, edit the settings of sales invoice billing methods, create and remove standard phase texts, and view standard texts based on language.
