Enable Access to Employees of Selected Companies

To use the Job creation submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.

To enable access to employees of a selected company:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Company Settings > Job Creation.
  3. Highlight the company with a client you want to enable access to employees of and on the right pane, click Set New Job Number Sequence .
  4. In the right pane, highlight the client you want to enable access to employees of and then select the Access to Employees in this Company checkbox.
