Convert Pipelines to Jobs

Depending on your role in WorkBook, you can convert client pipelines to jobs from the pipeline card. You can only convert pipelines that are not linked to any jobs.

Note: You must have permission to add prospects and clients to WorkBook, as well as modify prospect- and client-related information and activities, to complete this task.

To convert a pipeline to a job:

1. On the main toolbar, click CRM .
2. In the left navigation pane, click Pipelines.
3. In the grid, select the client pipeline that you want to convert to a job.
   Client pipelines are marked with in the Type column.
4. On the right edge of the grid toolbar, click Show/Hide Pipeline Card .
5. On the side toolbar of the pipeline card, click Convert Pipeline to Job .
6. On the top toolbar of the pipeline card, click Convert Pipeline to Job
7. When WorkBook asked you if you want to convert the pipeline to a job, click Yes.
