Create New Standard Phase Texts

To use the Standard phase texts submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.

To create a new standard phase text:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Company Settings > Standard Phase Texts.
  3. On the grid toolbar, click Create a New Phase Text .
  4. You can edit the Phase Name and Phase Description fields by double-clicking on the corresponding field.
