Remove Selected Standard Phase Texts

To use the Standard phase texts submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.

To remove a selected standard phase text:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Company Settings > Standard Phase Texts.
  3. Highlight the standard phase text you want to remove and on the grid toolbar, click Remove Selected Phase Text .
    Note: There is no confirmation dialog box for this action, the standard phase text is removed at once.
