Approve Selected Absence Codes

To use the Holidays and absence submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.

To approve a selected absence code:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Company Settings > Holidays and Absence.
  3. On the Absence Codes tab, highlight the absence code you want to approve and then select the Approval checkbox.
  4. If you want to remove the approval of an absence code, unselect the Approval checkbox.
