Set New Job Number Sequences

To use the Job creation submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.

To set a new job number sequence:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Company Settings > Job Creation.
3. Highlight the company you want to set a new job number sequence for and on the grid toolbar, click Set New Job Number Sequence .
4. In the Set New Job Sequence dialog box, enter a new start and end job number and then click OK.
