Use the Price Quote Defaults submodule in the Company Settings module under Settings to set price quote defaults to allow editing of hourly sales price on price quotes and allow editing of the profit margin on purchases on price quote lines.

To use the Price quote defaults submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.
