Add New Vacation Year Records

To use the Holidays and absence submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.

To add a new vacation year record:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Company Settings > Holidays and Absence.
  3. On the Vacation Year tab, click Add New Record .
  4. You can edit the Description, From and To, Maximum Allowed Leave Days, and No. of Vacation Days fields by double-clicking on the corresponding fields.
