Copy Company Variable Values to other Companies

To use the Company variables submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.

To copy a company variable value to other companies:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Company Settings > Company Variables.
3. In the middle pane, click on the company variable category with a variable value you want to copy to other companies.
4. Enter or select the applicable option for the company variable whose value you want to copy to other companies.
5. On the right side of the company variable option field, click Copy Value to all other Companies .
6. In the confirmation dialog box, click Yes.
