Depending on your role in WorkBook, you can add contacts for companies, clients, suppliers, prospects, and other project resources in Resources. After adding the contacts, you can define and manage project-related contact settings such as job and client access, job teams, custom codes, interest codes, optional fields, and document storage. You can also deactivate contacts and view the tasks and jobs that contacts are on.
