Use the API Key Setup page to display information about personal API keys for employees and about “regular” API keys for API-Only users in the Company that you select at the top of the left column of the Settings page.
You must be a System Administrator to perform these steps.
To display personal API keys:
-
Navigate to
Settings > Advanced Tools > User Access Rights > API Key Setup.
The right pane displays a tab for each possible status that API keys can have:
Active,
Expired, and
Invalidated. The
All tab displays all API keys of all statuses.
-
Click a tab to display API keys that have that status.
The grid displays information about the API keys in the following columns:
- Status
- Invalidation Date
- Creation Date
- Created by
- Days until Expiration or Days Since Expiration and Expiration Date
- Last Used Date
- Note
- Invalidated by
- Invalidation Note
Some columns might be blank because the information that is displayed depends on the status tab that you select. If you select All, the information that is displayed in the grid is grouped by status.
