Delete Scrum Sprint Configurations

Use Scrum Sprints in the Projects & Jobs submodule in the Settings module to delete scrum sprint configurations.

To use Scrum Sprints you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

You must be a System Administrator or Advanced User who has access to Settings to delete scrum sprint configurations.

To delete a scrum sprint configuration:

1. Navigate to Settings > Projects & Jobs > Scrum Sprints > Configuration tab.
2. Locate the scrum sprint configuration that you want to delete in the grid or use the Search box in the grid toolbar to locate it.
3. Select the scrum sprint configuration's row in the grid.
4. Click Delete Configuration. WorkBook prompts you to confirm the deletion.
5. Click Yes. WorkBook deletes the scrum sprint configuration immediately. Note: You cannot delete a scrum sprint configuration that is applied to an active scrum sprint. In that case, WorkBook displays that message and does not delete the scrum sprint configuration. Click OK to close it. You must complete or close all of the tasks in the active scrum sprint so that it is no longer active; then you can delete the scrum sprint configuration.
