Use
Scrum Sprints in the
Projects & Jobs submodule in the
Settings module to create Scrum Board configurations..
To use
Scrum Sprints you must have access to Settings as defined in
User Access Rights under
Settings.
You must be a System Administrator or Advanced User to create Scrum Board configurations.
To create a Scrum Board configuration:
-
Navigate to
Settings > Projects & Jobs > Scrum Sprints > Configuration tab.
-
Click
Add Configuration.
A new row is added to the grid with the name
New Entry in the
Title column.
-
Delete or type over the title to assign a meaningful name to the Scrum Board configuration.
-
Select the
Default check box if you want WorkBook to use this as the default Scrum Board configuration for scrum sprints.
-
Click the
Add Status icon above the Statuses pane at the right side of the page to add task progress statuses to the Scrum Board configuration. WorkBook displays the Add Statuses to Selected Configuration dialog box.
You can add only preset statuses to the Scrum Board configuration. Only System Administrators and Advanced Users can create task progress statuses for your WorkBook system that are then available for addition to Scrum Board configurations.
-
Select an appropriate task progress status for this Scrum Board configuration from the drop-down list and click
OK.
You can add only one status at a time. These are the statuses that appear as columns in any Scrum Board to which this Scrum Board configuration is applied to a Scrum Board. If you mistakenly add a status or change your mind, click the

Remove Status icon to remove it from the Scrum Board configuration.
When you return to the Scrum Sprints tab on the Scrum Sprints page, you can select a scrum sprint and use the drop-down list in the Board Configuration column to apply the newly created Scrum Board configuration to that scrum sprint. The task progress statuses that are defined for that Scrum Board configuration are displayed in the Status pane at the right side of the page.
