Self Service Form

Use the Self Service form to review payroll wages and withholding deductions, expense checks, and other payroll data. You can only review the details of your own payroll data, unless you belong to a role with the appropriate security rights to view pay-related information for other users.

If Automatically retrieve your record in Employee Hub/Employee Review is selected on the General tab of the My Preferences dialog box, the employee record that automatically loads belongs to you (the user who is currently logged in).

If you use multiple companies and this option is selected, the employee record that automatically loads is for the home company that the current employee record is associated with. If the employee record is associated with multiple companies, the home company record displays first. The name of the active company displays below the employee name at the top of the Self Service form.
