Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.
    Ex.system administration

Supporting Documents Dialog Box in Transaction Center

Use the Supporting Document dialog box to associate one or more documents with a transaction or set of transactions.

If you use the Vantagepoint on-premises product, the Supporting Document dialog box displays only if Transaction Document Management is configured. For more information, see the Supporting Documents and Files online help topic.

All documents that are uploaded via the TDM dialog are converted to PDF format and stored in the FileStream database at the time of upload. This is necessary because these documents can be included in reports and it is more efficient to convert them to PDF format when they are uploaded than at report runtime.

The dialog box supports the following types of files:
  • bmp
  • jpg
  • gif
  • png
  • tif
  • pdf
  • doc
  • docx
  • xls
  • xlsx
