Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

View an Element's Track Changes in the New Workspace

View a project element's track changes to track work progress, view discussions on changes and decisions, and locate specific modifications.

You can view in-line indicators for changed content on the element form and their respective track change tips on the Track Changes tab.

To view an element's track changes in the new workspace:

  1. Open a project in the new workspace.
  2. In the Elements panel of the new workspace, select an added family or section.
    An added element displays in dark blue.
  3. To show the Track Changes tab, click (Track Changes).
  4. On the editor action bar of the new workspace, click (Visibility Settings) > Track Changes to show all in-line indicators for track changes in the editor.
  5. On the Track Changes tab, view the list of content changes as track change tips.
    In the new workspace editor, view the element content items with their in-line track change indicators.
  6. To filter track changes based on resolution, select Open or Resolved in the filter field of the Track Changes tab.
