Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

View an Element's Track Changes in the Classic Workspace

View a project element's track changes to track work progress, view discussions on changes and decisions, and locate specific modifications. You can view in-line indicators for changed content on the element form and their respective track change tips on the Track Changes tab.

To view an element's track changes in the classic workspace:

  1. Open a project in the classic project workspace.
  2. In the Project Elements pane of the classic workspace, select an added family, section, or product type that contains changes in content items.
    An added eligible element displays in green.
  3. Click to show the workspace side panel.
  4. In the workspace side panel, click (Track Changes) to display the Track Changes tab.
  5. On the Track Changes tab, select Show changes.
  6. View the list of content changes as track change tips.
    On the element form, view the element content items with their in-line track change indicators.
