Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Retry an Ask Dela Reply

Prompt Ask Dela to retry a reply to possibly receive a more applicable or accurate answer.

Before you can retry an Ask Dela reply, you must have an existing Ask Dela reply from your question or prompt.

To retry an Ask Dela reply:

  1. Open the Ask Dela chat box from the top menu or in the project workspace.
  2. In the Ask Dela chat box, locate and hover over the Ask Dela reply that you want to retry.
  3. Below the message cloud of the reply, click (Retry Answer).
    Ask Dela processes and loads another response.
