  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Ask Dela in Specpoint

Use Ask Dela, Deltek's generative AI assistant, to enhance your user experience in Specpoint.

Start a conversation with Ask Dela through text chat and ask a variety of questions about the MasterSpec library to tackle specific components in your project specifications and build better projects. Enter questions about specific assemblies, families, sections, and product types to deepen your research. In addition, you can also ask questions about the available Specpoint features and how to use them to leverage the platform's design automation, best practices, and intelligent product selection as you develop your project through each design phase.

As you engage with Ask Dela, you can request more detailed information, follow up on your initial queries, and receive comprehensive responses that may include data tables and direct links to relevant resources. Ask Dela's user-friendly interface allows for quick emailing, copying, and sharing of responses. You can also provide feedback to improve Ask Dela by liking or disliking the responses.
