Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Find a Track Change Tip from Track Change Content

Select an in-line track change on the element form to find its respective track change tip on the Track Changes tab. This enables you to resolve or comment on the change.

To find a track change tip from a track change content item:

  1. Go to the workspace and view track changes:
  2. On the element form of the workspace, locate an article or a paragraph with a track change in-line indicator.
    For more information, see Track Change Types (Classic Workspace and Office Master Workspace).
  3. In the article or paragraph, click its content with the track change.
    Specpoint highlights and selects the respective track change tip for the selected track change.
  4. On the Track Changes tab () of the workspace side panel, view the highlighted track change tip.
