Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Ask a Question to Ask Dela

Ask a question to Ask Dela to receive helpful information on MasterSpec library content, Specpoint features, project history, and related resources.

To ask a question to Ask Dela:

  1. Open the Ask Dela chat box from the top menu or in the project workspace.
  2. In message input field of the Ask Dela chat box, enter your question to Ask Dela and press ENTER.
    Note: The default value of the message input field is Ask Dela....
    Ask Dela processes your question and loads a response.
  3. Read Ask Dela's reply.
    You can ask follow up questions or related prompts. You can also ask about other topics and concerns.
