Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Accept All Track Changes (New Workspace)

As an administrator or author, accept all track changes within an element to include all content changes and approve all design decisions. new workspace

To accept all track changes:

  1. In the new workspace, view a project element's track change contents and track change tips.
  2. On the Track Changes tab (), click More actions > Accept All Changes.
    Specpoint saves the changes. The track change tips are now available on the Track Changes tab under Resolved and display the following message: Accepted Edits

    In the new workspace editor, the change contents now display without a track change in-line indicator.
