Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Smart Reports

Generate smart reports to gain comprehensive insights on your Specpoint project.

The Smart Reports feature helps streamline decision-making processes and enables you to efficiently manage and track your project data in a single view. The Smart Reports feature allows you to monitor and organize data in real-time. Use this feature to:

  • Generate reports depending on your selected Report type and view them by assemblies or divisions.
  • View specific families, product types, and product groups in your project and locate them in the project workspace.
  • Modify multiple properties in Report view and automatically apply the changes in the project workspace.

Access Smart Reports by clicking Reports on the project dashboard menu after opening a project.
