Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Show or Hide the Elements Pane in the Element Library

As a member of the office master access group, show the Elements pane to access the assemblies and divisions for selection. Hide this pane to make space for other contents in the element library.

To show or hide the elements pane in the element library:

  1. Open the element library.
  2. In the Elements pane of the element library, show or hide the pane based on its current state:
    • To show the contents of the pane, click .
    • To hide the contents of the pane, click .
