Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Contents of a Project Card

Use the contents of a project card to preview information about a project or open a project on the project dashboard.

Contents

On a project card, the following information and options are available:

Item Description
Project Image This displays an image of the project. If you do not upload an image for the project, the project card displays a default image based on the project's building type.

Click the project name to open the project in the project workspace.

Project Name This displays the project's name.

Click the project name to open the project in the project workspace.

View Project Information Click this icon to display the project details, parameters, and phase in the View Project Details pane.
Menu Icon Click this icon to display the following menu options:
  • Go to Dashboard: Open the project on the Project Overview page of the project dashboard.
  • Go to Workspace: Open the project on the Workspace page of the project dashboard.
  • Remove Project: This option is available only to administrators. Remove the project and all related data from Specpoint.
