Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Open a Note

Open a note in the Note Details window to view its details, read its comments, and make it available for edits and comments.

To open and view a project note:

  1. In the project workspace, open and view project notes.
  2. In the Notes window, on the New, In Progress, or Complete board, locate a project note and click its note card.
  3. In the Note Details window, view the details and comments about the project note.
