Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

View Caution Items in an Uploaded Family (Office Master Import)

As a member of the office master access group, view the caution items in an uploaded family to view a list of articles with minor issues that you should revise.

To view the caution Items in an uploaded family:

  1. Open the Office Master Import page.
  2. In the uploaded elements pane on the Office Master Import page, locate the uploaded family.
  3. For the selected family, click (count icon) in the Caution column.
    Note: You can click only if the caution count is 1 or greater.
  4. In the Caution window, view the available caution items for the family.
    Click each caution item type to view the articles that contain the respective caution items.
