Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Note Details Window

Use this window to view the complete details of a project note. This window also enables you to view comment on a note and edit a note.

This window displays information such as the note name, note type, and description. Additionally, an edit mode feature is available in this window. Edit mode enables you to edit a number of details about the project note.

The Note Details window contains a comment thread which you can use to respond to discussions, give feedback, or raise questions about the project or project element. These comments enable you to further collaborate with other project team members while focusing on a specific aspect of a project or project element to which the note refers.
