Option Sets | Both the section preview and exported sections include only option sets based on the following conditions:
This behavior applies to option sets of all paragraphs, including special paragraphs, such as manufacturer paragraphs and basis-of-design (BOD) product paragraphs. |
Child Product Types | For a given family or section, both the section preview and exported sections include contents only for added and active product type elements under the family or section. This includes all active shared properties, product type properties, and manufacturer or BOD product paragraphs. Typically, you can find product type contents in the Products part ("PART 2 - PRODUCTS") of a section. |
Parent Families and Section | When you open this window from a product type element, this window displays a section preview that is based on the given product type's parent family or section. In this case, the section preview displays applicable active articles and paragraphs for the following:

Automated Changes | Both the section preview and exported sections include the automated changes that Specpoint made to project elements (assemblies, divisions, families, sections, and product types) and element contents (articles, paragraphs, and option sets). Project Formatting and Styles | Both the section preview and exported sections use the configured format in the project's active style guide and active header & footer template. |
Bookmarks | You can include bookmark in your exported DOCX and PDF files to quickly navigate between parts, articles, and paragraphs. The ability to view bookmarks in your exported files depends on your exported file format and the third-party application that you will use to open these files. |
Track Changes | Track changes data are available only in project manual exports. You can include track changes and track change tips in your exported DOCX and PDF files. The ability to view and modify track change data in your exported files depends on your exported file format and the third-party application that you will use to open these files. |
