Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.
    Ex.system administration

Download the MasterSpec® Style Template

Download the MasterSpec® style template file to begin formatting your external office master families prior to importing these families into Specpoint.

Formatting your external files ensures that the platform can read and convert the contents of your families and enables you to work on these contents as if these were content native to the platform. To use the MasterSpec style template file, you must have a supported third-party software installed, such as Microsoft® Word.

To download the MasterSpec style template:

  1. Open the Office Master Import page.
  2. On the Office Master Import page, click MasterSpec Style Template.
