Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Division

Use MasterFormat divisions to organize construction and structural requirements and hold section elements in your project.

Divisions are a standard, which design professionals widely use, for organizing specifications and other written information for building projects. In the project workspace, you can select divisions but you cannot add or remove them to and from your project. You can include a division in your project by adding its child sections.

Divisions do not have any content items. Thus, when you select a division, the element form displays a blank pane. The section preview and exported project files also do not include any content specific to divisions.

Each division has a number which adheres to the following format: ##, where # represents a number or digit.

For example, Division 03 Concrete.
