Contents of the Design Progress Portion

Use the contents of this portion to view the progress of workspace elements.

Navigate to the following contents:

Empty State

When your project does not have any added project elements, the following option is available in this portion.

Option Description
Go To Workspace Click this option to navigate to the project workspace and work on the project's elements.

Contents

The following information is available for each project element in the table:

Column Description
Element Name This displays the project workspace element in the following format:

<Name of the assembly, family, or product type element>

<Element type>

Click the project element to open the element in the project workspace.

State This displays the state in which the element currently is.
To filter elements by state, display filters and select a state in the filter field for this column. The following states are available:
  • New
  • Active
  • Review Needed
  • In Review
  • Needs Coordination
  • Complete
Type This displays the element type.
To filter the elements by type, display filters and select a type in the filter field for this column. The following types are available:
  • Assembly
  • Family
  • Product Type
Assigned To This displays the project team member who is responsible for the workspace element.

To filter elements by assigned user, display filters and enter a user in the filter field for this column.

Date Modified This displays the date when any user from your A/E firm last modified the project element.

To filter elements by date, display filters and enter a date in the filter field for this column in this format: mm/dd/yyyy.

Current LOS This displays the current LOS for the element for the specific phase. Current LOS is a non-static value intended to be updated as elements are further developed to clarify current progress.

To filter elements by level, display filters and select a level in the filter field for this column.

Target LOS This displays the target LOS for the element for the specific phase. The Target LOS is intended to be determined early in the project to clarify prioritization.
