Delete Families from the Office Master Dashboard

As a member of the office master access group, delete imported or modified families from the office master dashboard to clean up unnecessary work items and remove families that you will no longer publish.

This procedure removes selected published families only from the office master dashboard. If you successfully published the family, the platform retains the family in the following locations:
  • Element library
  • All projects as their current baseline content
  • All projects in which you added the family

To remove families from the office master dashboard:

  1. Open the office master dashboard.
  2. On the office master dashboard, select one or multiple imported or modified families that you want to remove:
    • To select a family, select its corresponding checkbox in the Select column.
    • To select all families, select the checkbox in the Select column header.
  3. Click Clear or Clear All.
  4. In the Confirm Deletion dialog box, click Delete.
