Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Best Practices Dialog Box

Use this dialog box to set a project content item as a best practice.

The best practices dialog box contains options for tagging items as either a project parameter best practice or a global best practice. For tagging a project parameter best practice, this dialog box includes additional options for selecting parameters to which the best practice applies. These project parameters are based on the active project's parameters and display their actual values for your reference.

This dialog box is available only to administrators. Use this dialog box to tag best practices for the following project content items:
  • Project elements
  • Articles
  • Paragraphs
  • Option set items
  • Product listing cards

You can display the best practices dialog box for any of these content items by clicking the menu icon (), if available. As a general shortcut, you can also right-click any of these items to display this dialog box. To close this dialog box, click any part of the workspace outside the dialog box.
