Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Activate the Assembly View or the Divisions View (Element Library)

As a member of the office master access group, activate the Assembly view to use the UniFormat structure for working in the element library. Activate the Divisions view to use the MasterFormat structure.

Deactivate either view to make space for other content in the Elements pane.

To activate the Assembly view or the Divisions view:

  1. Open the element library.
  2. On the action bar of the element library, activate or deactivate the available views:
    • Click Assemblies .

      This action switches the Assembly view between its active and inactive state.

    • Click Divisions .

      This action switches the Divisions view between its active and inactive state.
