There are cases when workflows are not executing as expected; for instance, the workflow action does not change or no assignment is made.
To troubleshoot incomplete workflow processing:
Navigate to the Advanced tab of the Workflow form view.
In the Workflow Status grid, locate processes that exhibit warnings or errors, and then click the process logs associated with those warnings and errors.
Inspect any process log that encountered errors or warnings, and consult the Cobra documentation for guidance on resolving them.
