Managing External Contacts on Records

You can add and manage external contacts on projects, enquiries, and opportunities. These are contacts outside of your organization, such as contractors, subcontractors, and so on.

When you add an external contacts to projects, enquiries, or opportunities, it provides the contact with access to the records, including all linked documents. You can also assign one or more roles to external contacts when you add them to enquiries and projects.
