Manage Project Contacts
Every project that you run involves a number of people. These can be internal people from your own organization, such as project managers, stakeholders, and contract managers, and people from external organizations, such as contractors, surveyors, and so on.
Only contacts that are assigned to a project can view the project and all related project information, such as documents and emails. For each contact that you add to a project, you can assign them one or more project roles to grant them specific access permissions.
