Managing Internal Contacts on Records

You can add and manage internal contacts on projects and enquiries. These are contacts within your organization, such as contract managers, project managers, architects, internal stakeholders, and so on.

When you add an internal contact to a project or enquiry, it provides the contact with access to the record, including all linked documents. You can also assign one or more roles to internal contacts within the context of the enquiry or project.
