Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Quotes Fields

This topic describes the fields and definitions on the Quotes workspace.

Card Part Fields

Field Description
Job This field displays the job name and number to which the quote is added.
Customer This field displays the customer name and number.

Card Part Actions

Button Description
Save Click this action button to save changes to the current record. After saving changes, the budget status updates accordingly, and the Save action button is disabled until additional changes are made.
Revert Click this action to undo changes made to the current record, or to any of its lines.
Edit Click this action to edit the details of a job quote, including the quote price, lines, and any remarks.
