The Rulesets Profile Details tab on the Rulesets Profile form is used to assign Analytics rulesets to the Ruleset Profile. A Ruleset Profile is a sequenced collection of Analytics rulesets. These rulesets can be used to generate output for the KPI Dashboard gauges and KPI Report.
A Ruleset Profile is assigned to specific events in a Process Policy (via the Events tab on the Process Policy form). When a person posts the event, the system check’s the person’s Process Policy to see which Ruleset Profile is assigned to the event. This Ruleset Profile will become the event’s Process Name; you can view these processes on the Transaction Process Status form. The ANALYTICS service is configured to run for specific Ruleset Profiles. The service will process events that also have this Ruleset Profile as their Process Name.
The Rulesets Profile Details tab is used to add or delete rulesets from the profile, and change the order of the rulesets. The order of the rulesets determines the order in which they are executed (the ruleset listed on top is executed first).

Profile Name
Name of the Ruleset Profile selected on the Ruleset Profile form.
Ruleset Name
Ruleset with the Analytics context that is assigned to the Profile Name.
Update Date, Updated By
These fields display when the record was created or updated, and the person who created or updated the record.
Click Main Menu > Configuration > Rules > Rulesets Profile.
Select the Ruleset Profile to which you want to add a ruleset.
On the Rulesets Profile Details tab, click Add.
Select a Ruleset Name. The available options are defined on the Rulesets form with the context Analytics.
If you want to add another ruleset, click Save and Add to save the current record and keep the Add form open. Or click Save to save the current record and return to the main form.
Click Main Menu > Configuration > Rules > Rulesets Profile.
Select the Ruleset Profile with the ruleset you want to delete
On the Rulesets Profile Details tab, select the Ruleset Name you want to delete and click Delete.
Click OK to confirm the action.
The order of the rulesets in a Ruleset Profile determines the order in which they are executed (the ruleset listed on top is executed first).
Use the Move Up and Move Down buttons in the Rulesets Profile Details tab to change the order of the rulesets in the profile.
