Service Audit

Service Audit is a view-only form that is available from the Service Audit button on the Service Monitor form.

The top half of the form displays information about when a service instance started, ended, or failed (error). Note that each of these actions (START/END/ERROR) requires a separate audit record. For example, if a service instance has run successfully, at least two audit records will appear on the Service Audit form: one for the service START, and one for the service END. If a service instance has one or more tasks, each task will have START and END audit records as well.

You can use the Filter fields to determine the date range of the audit records you want to view and to select the type of audit records to view.

The Error Log tab in the bottom half of the Service Audit form appears Error Log records that occurred for a specific service audit record that you select in the top half of the form.

Note: Error Log records that were generated in an earlier version of the application (prior to the addition of the Error Log tab on the Service Audit form) will not appear on the Error Log tab.
