Vendor Certifications Subtask

Use this subtask to display certification information associated with a vendor.

Field	Description
Certification Code	This field displays the certification code that you want to associate with the vendor.
Certification Name	This field displays the certification name.
Agency Code	This field displays the code of the certifying agent that issued the certification. This field displays only if you are licensed for Capture & Contracts.
Agency Name	This field displays the name of the certifying agency. This field displays only if you are licensed for Capture & Contracts.
Status Code	This field displays the status code for the certification.
Status Description	This field displays the status description related to the status code.
Level Code	This field displays the level code for the certification.
Level Description	This field displays the level description for the certification.
Start Date	This field displays the start date for the certification. The start date must be earlier than the end date.
End Date	This field displays the end date of the certification.
Address	This field displays the address associated with the certification.
URL	This field displays the URL associated with the certification.
Notes	This field displays the additional notes for the certification.
