Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Print Summary Part Availability Report

Use this report to select a range of parts and prepare a summary schedule for each part, showing its current inventory and all anticipated supplies and demand for a given range of inventory projects.

The report groups supply and demand quantities by time buckets. The size of the time buckets (grouped by number of days) will depend on the settings on the Configure MRP Report Print Options screen.

Note:

Inventory balances and safety stock requirements always reflect current balances, but future supply and demand does not reflect modifications to orders, requisitions, and requirements done since MRP was last executed. Therefore, Deltek recommends that you run this report right after MRP execution. The report will print the last MRP run date, and any part modified after the MRP process was run will be flagged.

Use this report to get a report (grouped by time buckets) of supplies and demands.
