Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Reject a Track Change (New Workspace)

As an administrator or author, reject a track change to finalize a decision, discard the change, and return the respective content to its previous state.

To reject a track change:

  1. In the new workspace, view a project element's track change contents and track change tips.
  2. On the Track Changes tab () of the new workspace, select Open in the filter field.
  3. Select a track change tip.
    You can also select the in-line track change in an article or paragraph.
  4. In the track change tip, click .
    The track change tip is now available on the Track Changes tab under Resolved and displays the following message: Rejected Edits.

    In the new workspace editor, the changed content reverts to its previous state. For added text, Specpoint permanently removes the added content. The changed content now displays without a track change in-line indicator.
