Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Find Track Change Content from a Track Change Tip (New Workspace)

Select a track change tip to find its respective track change on the element form. This enables you to view the in-line track change and learn the context for the content change.

To find a track change content item from a track change tip:

  1. In the new workspace, view a project element's track change contents and track change tips.
  2. On the Track Changes tab (), view the list of content changes as track change tips.
    For more information, see Track Change Types (New Workspace).
  3. Select a track change tip. You can select an unresolved, accepted, or rejected track change tip.
    Specpoint navigates to and selects the respective in-line track change in the editor for the selected track change tip.
  4. In the new workspace editor, view the track change content with an in-line indicator.
