Update the Prior EAC Cost Set

Follow this procedure to update the cost set to a Prior EAC cost set for the Comprehensive EAC workflow type.

To update the Prior EAC cost set:

  1. On the Navigation menu, click Administration » Workflow Type Configuration » Comprehensive EAC.

  2. Click the Cost Details on Form tab.

  3. In the Cost Sets in Table grid, select your Prior EAC cost set.

  4. You must ensure that your Prior EAC cost set includes the Frozen Forecast class.

  5. Click Save.

By default, Element of Cost is selected in the Details in Table grid for the Comprehensive EAC workflow type. However, you can select other details to be displayed in the Forecast Details grid on the General tab, such as Work Package, to display the totals at the work package level.
