The OT Offer Policy form determines the minimum and maximum number of overtime hours a supervisor can offer employees. It also determines whether overtime may be offered on gap days and the minimum time off required between the overtime schedule and the regular schedule.
The OT Offer Policy settings are used when the supervisor creates the overtime offer on the OT Offer form and when the supervisor offers the overtime to employees on the OT Offer Detail tab.
This policy can be assigned to a single Employee/Person via the Employee Setting form, to an Employee Group with type POLICY_GROUP or FACILITY via the Employee Group Setting form, or to all users via the System Settings form. An Employee setting overrides an Employee Group setting, which overrides a System Setting. See Settings Precedence for more details.
