After you enable a group for auditing on the Audit Group form, you must select the tables and actions you want to audit by checking them in the Audit Group Table tab. You can view the data that is being tracked on the Audit Log and Audit Log Detail forms.
Note: Signed and unsigned timecards are audited via the Sign Audit form.

Tables Included in Each Audit Group
Audit Group
Name of the Audit Group that is selected on the main form (HIERARCHY, PERSON, PAY SCALES, TERMINAL, or TRANSACTION).
Audit Table Name
Name of a table that you can select for auditing as part of this Audit Group. See Tables Included in Each Audit Group.
Description
A general description of the table name.
Enabled
Indicates whether the selected actions for this table (Audit on Update, Audit on Create, Audit on Delete) will be audited. When the Enabled box is checked, the selected actions will be audited. When the Enabled box is not checked, the selected actions will not be audited, even if they are checked.
Audit on Update
Indicates whether an audit trail should be created when a record in the table has been modified. You can view the updated data on the Audit Log and Audit Log Detail forms.
Audit on Delete
Indicates whether an audit trail should be created when a record in the table has been deleted. You can view the deleted data on the Audit Log and Audit Log Detail forms.
Audit on Create
Indicates whether an audit trail should be created when a record in the table has been created. You can view the new data on the Audit Log and Audit Log Detail forms.
Click Configuration > System > Audit Group.
Select the applicable Audit Group record. If the module has not been enabled for auditing, you must enable it (see Audit Group). For example, if you want to audit tables that apply to the PERSON module, you must first enable the PERSON Audit Group.
Navigate to the Audit Group Table tab on the lower half of the form. It displays all the tables available in the selected Audit Group.
Locate the table you want to audit and check the Enabled box next to it.
Check the boxes that correspond with the actions you want to track (Audit on Update, Audit on Delete, and Audit on Create).
Repeat steps 4 and 5 for any other tables you want to audit in that module.
Click Save to save the settings. To disable a table from auditing, uncheck the Enabled box and click Save.
